Agents say Dubai should not follow Abu Dhabi cap (Betterhomes)

Dubai: It's unjustified to harbour hopes of Dubai following Abu Dhabi in lowering the cap on rent increases, real estate observers feel. The reason why is simple: the markets are completely different.
