Vessel sinks - N.Z. Says World Wouldn't Forgive Japan for Oil Spill (Update1)

Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark said the world won't forgive Japan if a damaged whaling ship sinks in Antarctic waters and causes an oil spill.
