RIKSBANK WATCH: Dovish Outlook Surprises Market Watchers (Weigth watchers)
STOCKHOLM (Dow Jones)--Sweden's central bank surprised almost no one by raising its key rate 25 percentage points to 3.25% Thursday but did spring a surprise by forecasting the repo rate would be 3.75% in 2010.
